Lipo Patient says "90210" Doc Sucked

One of the stars of "Dr. 90210" has a patient who claims he doesn't have the stomach to bear what Dr. David Matlock did to him.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, in which Kevin Hawkins claims Dr. Matlock verbally promised that he could give Hawkins a V shape waste and a flat stomach after undergoing liposculpturing.

Hawkins says the results were not even a possibility because he had "macerate fat" behind his intestine.

Hawkins is asking for a refund: $8,500 in surgery costs, $150 for blood work, $163 for prescriptions, $1,851 in hotel costs, $386 in plane fare, and $3898 in post appointment care. Grand total -- $14,992.98.

Hawkins says as a result of the surgery "he endured pain ... as well as substantial psychological trauma from his disappointment." He's asking for $500,000 in pain and suffering. And we're asking him to give us that amount for having to read about his intestines.

"I told them about you bro. They power saw you and they're stoked," admitted Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee to future lead singer Vince Neil the nox the ring came out to consider the washed-out blond vocalizer perform with his band Rock Candy at the noted Hollywood cabaret, Starwood. Neil, however, was apprehensive at first as he was very glad with his current band merely agreed to an audition the side by side weekend as to non anguish Lee's feelings. The singer was quickly ushered into the band, and for the next decennary they embarked on a heavy alloy odyssey full of music, mayhem, and iV sequential multi-platinum albums.

Born Vince Neil Wharton on February 8, 1961, in Hollywood, CA, Neil was the focal point of the banding with his longsighted blond hair and scream vocal way. While non a schooled singer, Neil unquestionably looked the part. Born and raised in the Los Angeles country, he epitomized the freewheeling California "surfboarder clotheshorse" image, which was, at the time, the ideal part for a big metal front man (à la David Lee Roth).

Later Neil united Mötley Crüe in 1981, the band recorded the self-produced record album Too Fast for Love, which attracted the attending of Elektra Records' Tom Zutaut. They were later gestural and in 1983 released their major-label debut, Shout at the Devil, that went on to become a multi-platinum smash and launched the banding into superstardom. Unfortunately, later the ensuing tour of duty to support the album with Ozzy Osbourne, Neil was mired in a good alcohol-related automobile accident in Redondo Beach, CA. The vocaliser, world Health Organization was driving sot, skidded into an onset machine, killing his rider, Hanoi Rocks' drummer Nicolas "Razmataz" Dingley, and earnestly injuring the deuce passengers in the other vehicle. Neil avoided prison house and was sent to a do drugs and inebriant rehabilitation clinic and coherent to pay indemnification to the victims.

Contempt the accident, Mötley Crüe pressed on and released 1985's Theatre Of Pain which apace went multi-platinum as did 1987's Girls, Girls, Girls and 1989's Dr. Feelgood, an record album that became the band's biggest success. Following the massive tour to support Dr. Feelgood, Neil was pink-slipped from the band. As to wherefore he was pink-slipped is up to different interpretation from different bandmembers. As a termination, the singer embarked on a semi-successful solo career, teaming up with late Billy Idol guitar player Steve Stevens on 1993's Exposed, which sold respectably. In 1995, Neil released the Dust Brothers' produced Carved in Stone which failed to live up to expectations. Mötley Crüe as well failed to recapture their '80s success with their 1994 self-titled record album and asked Neil to rejoin the band in 1997.

1997's Generation Swine byword the band reunited with their original star isaac M. Singer, Neil, and the original lineup of guitar player Mick Mars, bassist Nikki Sixx, and drummer Tommy Lee. This card would not final longsighted, however, as Tommy Lee would leave the band in 1999. Following yet another going, the striation released New Tattoo in 2000.

Download and Isle Of Wight festivals' weather worries

Oscar alters foreign-language, song rules

Only two songs per film can get nominated

A couple of new rules governing the 81st Academy Awards could result in the foreign-language film category becoming more inclusive and the original song category becoming more competitive.

In the wake of the 2007 nominations that saw such critically applauded features as "4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days" and "Persepolis" left off the shortlist of nine films, the foreign-language committee has made a subtle, but potentially critical, change in its voting procedures that will allow the exec committee to rectify any glaring omissions on the way to the nominations.

Over at the music branch -- where one film in the past two years, 2006's "Dreamgirls" and 2007's "Enchanted," dominated the original song category with three noms each -- a new rule stipulates that only two tunes per movie may be nominated for original song.

Calling the change in the foreign-language nominating process "formidable," foreign-language committee chair Mark Johnson said: "It will ensure that the oversight that we had this past year would not have happened. While I was very proud of our five nominees, I was just more concerned about what we excluded than what we included."

Building on rules that were adopted two years ago to open up the foreign-language nominating process to more Academy members, Phase I of the nominating process will remain open to any Academy member who views a minimum number (probably about 15) of the eligible films. That balloting will produce a list of six films. Once those votes are tallied, members of the 20-member foreign-language committee will step in and nominate three more films -- a move that should allow the committee to rectify any notable exclusions on the initial list.

As it has done in the past two years, the 30-member Phase II committee will then winnow the shortlist of nine down to five nominees.

In the original song category, any number of songs from one movie may be submitted for consideration, but only two songs per film may ultimately be nominated. If more than two songs from one film are in contention, the two songs with the most votes will be the nominees.

The music branch also doesn't want its members nominating themselves, either. Another new rule decrees that members who have songs contending for nominations may not vote in the nominating process, though, if nominated, they may participate in the balloting for the final winner.

Finally, in addition to its annual screening event featuring clips of the eligible songs, the music branch will distribute DVDs of those clips to branch members who can't attend.

Nominations for this year's Oscars will be announced Jan. 22, and the awards will be presented on Feb. 22.
